Ski Ollie.

テールを弾いてジャンプ
How to
Step by stepStart gliding straight down a gentle slope at a slow, steady pace — just fast enough not to stall.
Going fast only feels scarier at first, so stay within a speed you can control.
Set up with both knees slightly bent.
Look at the snow one to two meters ahead. Keep your hips centered over both feet, leaning neither forward nor back.
To load up, sink both knees deeper.
Shift your weight slightly toward your heels and press the tails (the back ends) of both skis into the snow. The skis bow and store a springback force, ready to push you up.
As that springback releases, drive both heels down into the snow in one quick motion and let the rebound launch you upward.
Both feet must press at the exact same instant — if the timing splits, only one ski pops.
The moment you leave the snow, pull both knees toward your chest and tuck the skis compactly right under your body.
The tighter you fold, the lighter and more stable you feel, and the more height you get. Keep your eyes ahead — don't look down.
Land on both feet at once.
Bend your knees softly and absorb the impact over about one slow breath. Recenter your hips over both feet and keep your chest up so you don't tip forward.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logHow deep you sink and how fast you drive down decide your height. Sink slowly, then press quickly — that way you capture more of the skis' springback and pop higher.
The two skis pop separately → the tails (back ends) of the skis are pressed at different moments. Use the pole plant as a cue and practice pressing both feet in the same single instant.
