  1. Glide straight on a gentle slope (about 10-15 km/h)

  2. Bend both knees slightly (120-130° angle), keep your pelvis neutral

  3. Gradually shift your weight to the heel-to-ball line of your back foot

  4. Slide your pelvis toward the tail, hold the position as the nose lifts

  5. Spread your arms to the sides as balancers, fix your gaze in the direction of travel

  6. To release, don't drop suddenly — slowly return your pelvis to center
