01How toStep by step
Secure enough speed in approach, enter lip straight
Wind up upper body deeply to backside (bigger than FS360)
At takeoff, lead shoulders hard, release FS rotation
Pull arms to chest immediately at takeoff, lightly tuck knees, stay compact
Pass 360° in air, rotate another 180°. Spot landing at ~450°
Land in switch (540° = 1.5 rotations)
