Kicker FS 360.
キッカーFS360
キッカーでフロントサイドに1回転
How to
Step by stepKeep your approach speed moderate and steady, weight balanced over the balls of your feet and your heels, and ride straight into the lip.
Holding speed lets you channel the pop into rotation instead of correcting your line.
About two to three meters before the lip, slowly wind your shoulders and chest away from your direction of travel, toward the backside (heel) side.
Wind up noticeably deeper than you would for a frontside 180, and let your eyes follow your shoulders back.
At the lip, extend both knees and pop straight up, and at that same instant unwind your upper body toward the frontside (toe side) in order: shoulders, then chest, then hips.
Matching the pop and the unwind to the same moment gives you the most spin.
Once airborne, pull both arms in tight across your chest and make your body small.
Your spin is set the moment you leave the lip and can't be added in the air, but the more compact you are, the faster you turn on that same momentum.
Past the halfway point (180 degrees), tuck your chin and lead with your eyes in the direction of the spin, spotting the landing slope around 270 degrees.
Spotting early makes it easier to time the rest of the rotation.
After completing the full 360 and squaring up to the slope in your regular stance, face your upper body down the fall line to stop the spin, then bend both knees to absorb the impact.
Land over the center of the board, slightly toward your front foot.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logThe bigger your wind-up, the more spin you generate off the pop. Turn your shoulders and chest back together, not just your arms — a shallow shoulder turn leaves you short of 360.
The spin stalls and stops around 270 degrees → your wind-up was too shallow, so you didn't carry enough spin. Coil your shoulders and chest back further and unwind hard at the moment you pop.
