Kicker FS 180.
キッカーFS180
キッカーでフロントサイドに半回転
How to
Step by stepOn the approach, stay centered over both feet with your knees bent about 30 degrees in a low, stable stance, and run straight at the lip (the takeoff).
Keep a steady medium speed. Speeding up or slowing down throws off your takeoff timing.
Two to three meters before the lip, wind up by gently twisting both shoulders and chest toward your heel side (backside).
Think of it as winding a rubber band the wrong way so it can snap back. The more you pre-turn the opposite way here, the stronger your rotation unwinds. Don't overdo it. Having your shoulders facing slightly behind you is enough.
At the highest point of the lip, extend both knees to pop up off the snow and, at the exact same moment, start unwinding your wound-up shoulders and belly button toward your toe side (frontside).
How much rotation you've started the instant you leave the lip sets the total spin. You can't add more once you're airborne, so match the pop and the shoulder unwind to the same beat.
As the board leaves the snow, soften both knees to draw the board up toward your body and tuck your arms in close to your chest.
The more compact you make yourself, the faster you spin on the same amount of momentum. Send your eyes ahead in the direction you're turning (just past your line of travel) first. Where your eyes lead, your body follows.
Once you've turned halfway and your body faces backward (switch), spot the landing under your feet.
Extend your knees to bring the board down toward the snow and point it straight down your line of travel.
Land riding switch (backward) and absorb the impact by bending both knees to 60-70 degrees.
After landing, stay centered over both feet with your hips directly over the board and ride away.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logBegin the shoulder-and-belly unwind at the exact instant you extend your knees to pop. Turn your shoulders too early and your body opens up, killing your height; turn too late and you come up short of a half rotation.
You come up short and land sideways (90 degrees), then fall -> your wind-up before the lip was too shallow, so there isn't enough spring to unwind. -> Set up with a deeper twist of both shoulders and chest toward your heel side, then unwind hard toward your toe side the instant you pop.
