  1. Approach in switch stance, stabilize speed

  2. Pre-rotate upper body to backside (from switch perspective) before the lip

  3. At takeoff, initiate frontside rotation (relative to switch)

  4. Rotate 180° in the air, confirm landing as regular stance

  5. Land in regular stance, absorb with knees
