Airmat FS 360.

How to
Step by stepApproach the airmat straight on at a slow, controlled speed (just fast enough not to stall), riding lightly on your toe (ball-of-foot) edge.
Set your eyes ahead in the direction of the spin (frontside = left for a regular rider, the side where your chest opens toward the front).
Just before take-off, wind your upper body slightly the opposite way (to the right), pre-twisting your shoulders and hips a touch.
This is the loaded "coil" you'll release at lift-off. At the same time, sink down by bending both knees fairly deep (toward roughly a right angle).
At the lip, push the board straight down through the balls of both feet and snap your knees and hips open to launch upward.
As you rise, unwind your coiled shoulders and hips hard in the spin direction (to the left). All of your rotational momentum is set at this instant, you can't add more in the air, so lead with your upper body and eyes before your feet.
In the air, tuck both knees in slightly to make yourself compact.
Pulling your limbs toward your body lets you spin faster on the same momentum than staying spread out. Keep sending your eyes around the spin, letting your head hunt for the landing.
Around 270 degrees the airmat comes into view.
Here, slow your opening arms and put on a mental "brake" to check the rotation.
Once you've come all the way around to 360, land on your back or seat in the airmat.
Because it doesn't hurt, use the reps to teach your body the feel of completing the spin and how long the air time really lasts.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logThe real engine is the "wind the other way (right), then unwind hard to the left at take-off." Coiling and releasing the shoulders and hips gives more rotation with a straighter axis than wildly throwing your arms.
Falling short, landing before you've come around → your pre-take-off coil is shallow and your upper body opens weakly. Wind your shoulders firmly to the right just before lift-off, then unwind fully to the left as you extend.
