  1. Travel straight at slightly higher speed

  2. Wind up the upper body big to FS (as if closing your chest)

  3. Pop the nose hard while powerfully swinging shoulders and arms to FS

  4. Pull knees to chest and bring arms in to reduce moment of inertia, accelerating rotation

  5. At about 270°, spot the landing, land in normal stance
