3D Nollie.
3Dノーリー
ノーリーに縦回転を加えた立体的な回転
How to
Step by stepApproach at a moderate speed, staying slightly over your back foot rather than loading the nose, with your eyes set on the slope where you want to land.
Unweight and bend your front knee deeply (toward 90 degrees) to flex the front half of the board and load it, just like the pre-pop crouch of a regular nollie 360.
Drive through the ball of your front foot to pop the board down and forward.
At the same moment, tilt your shoulder line diagonally toward your direction of travel (drop the front shoulder, raise the back shoulder) and send your head to the inside of that tilted line. This tilt turns the plane of your spin from flat to angled, giving the off-axis (corked) rotation.
Right after the pop, pull your forearms in front of your chest and tuck both knees to make yourself small.
Your spinning momentum is set at takeoff and can't be added in the air, so the tighter you tuck, the faster the same momentum carries you around.
Spot your landing early and let the rotation come around head, then shoulders, then hips, then board.
Holding the tilted shoulder line all the way keeps the axis steady so you can read how far you've turned.
Once you see the landing coming, release the tuck and extend your legs, touch down back foot first, and bend both knees to absorb the impact.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logThe shoulder tilt at the moment of the pop is what creates the angled axis. Keep the shoulders flat and you get a plain nollie 360; tilt too far and it drifts toward a flip and you risk landing on your head, so keep the tilt to roughly 30 to 45 degrees toward your direction of travel.
It comes out as a flat 360 instead of an angled spin → at the pop your shoulder line stayed level. Drop the front shoulder, send your head inside, and tilt the spin plane before you pop.
