Kicker BS 180.
キッカーBS180
キッカーでバックサイドに半回転
How to
Step by stepOn the approach, stand with weight even between your front and back foot and keep the board pointed straight at the lip (takeoff).
An angled approach throws your spin off at takeoff, so set your eyes past the lip.
Two to three meters before the lip, wind up by turning your upper body (chest and face) slightly toward your frontside.
The unwinding of that coil is what powers the spin, so don't overdo it - about one shoulder's worth is enough.
At the lip, extend both knees and pop straight up.
As you pop, start unwinding your upper body toward the back of your direction of travel (feel like you're pulling your trailing shoulder back behind you). The spin speed is locked in at this moment of takeoff and can't be added in the air, so time the pop and the start of the rotation together.
Once airborne, draw your arms and legs in close and keep your hips stacked over the board.
Spreading your limbs slows the spin, so staying compact lets you rotate with the same effort.
Around 90 degrees, spot the landing over your trailing shoulder.
By the time you finish 180 degrees you'll see the landing straight ahead in your switch (reversed) stance, so keep tracking it with your eyes.
Land switch on both feet at once, contacting through the whole sole from the balls of your feet to your heels.
Bend both knees to 60-70 degrees to absorb the impact and stop with your hips stacked right over the board.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logLet your trailing shoulder lead the spin. Rather than swinging your arms, think of drawing your shoulder blade back; this keeps the rotation axis centered on your body so you can stop cleanly at 180.
Over-rotating to 270 degrees → caused by too much upper-body wind-up, or by your eyes wandering in the air. Keep the coil to about one shoulder's worth and lock your eyes on the landing to halt the spin.
