Kicker BS 360.
キッカーBS360
キッカーでバックサイドに1回転
How to
Step by stepHold a steady medium speed on the approach and ride straight at the lip (takeoff edge) with light pressure biased toward your heel edge.
Get a stable, straight run first so the board does not wander into the spin.
About two to three meters before the lip, pre-wind by turning only your upper body slightly toward the frontside (toe side, the direction you are heading).
Keep your hips and lower body facing forward and rotate just your shoulder line back about 15 to 20 degrees. The unwinding of this twist is what feeds the spin after takeoff.
At the lip, sink both knees once and then extend to pop the board straight up.
As you extend, start turning your wound-up shoulders and head toward the backside (heel side, the way your back faces). Lead with the upper body and let the board follow a beat later; that timing gap makes the rotation start stronger.
Once airborne, pull your arms and legs in toward your center to stay compact.
The amount of spin is set the instant you leave the lip and cannot be added in the air, so the smaller you make your body, the faster you turn on the same momentum.
Through 180 degrees, when your back faces the direction of travel, you cannot see the landing.
Do not let your eyes freeze here. Keep looking over your leading shoulder to scout ahead for where the ground will reappear.
Past 270 degrees the landing slope comes into view.
Once you spot the ground, open your arms slightly to ease off the spin and fine-tune the final 90 degrees.
Land in regular stance with the board parallel to the slope and both knees bent to absorb the impact.
At touchdown, ride on the whole sole of your feet with weight slightly toward the balls of your feet, and keep your torso stacked directly over the board to stop fore-aft wobble.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logFor the pre-wind, leave your hips facing forward and twist only the shoulders. Turning from the hips uses up the wind-up, leaving less stored rotation for takeoff.
The spin stalls between 180 and 270 degrees → caused by the eyes freezing when the landing disappears, which stops the shoulders from turning. Keep sending your gaze ahead over your leading shoulder and never let the shoulder-and-head lead die.
