  1. Approach with enough speed at a smaller kicker

  2. Pop at lip with body twist + backflip rotation

  3. Combine spin (FS/BS direction) with flip rotation

  4. Maintain compact body shape through the 3D rotation

  5. Spot landing, open body to decelerate

  6. Land in normal or switch stance depending on rotation amount
