01How toStep by step

  1. Travel straight at slightly higher speed

  2. Wind up the upper body to BS (pull the rear shoulder back)

  3. Pop the nose hard while powerfully swinging shoulders and arms to BS

  4. Pull knees in to accelerate rotation in the air

  5. At about 270°, spot the landing and land in normal stance
