  1. Travel straight at moderate speed

  2. Prepare to press the nose while pre-rotating the upper body slightly to BS

  3. Pop the nose and simultaneously rotate shoulders and pelvis to backside

  4. Rebound lifts you while the whole body rotates 180°

  5. Land in switch stance
