Trampoline BS 180.
トランポリンBS180
トランポリンでBS回転の感覚を掴む
How to
Step by stepBuild this only after your FS180 (the front-facing open half-rotation) is solid.
Do about five jumps in a row at the same height, landing in nearly the same spot each time. The spin is created on the bed before you leave it, so without a steady base it never starts.
During the downward, sinking phase, pre-wind your upper body slightly in the direction opposite to your spin (turn it left if you spin to the right, same side as your FS).
Don't bend the knees too deep; keep your weight where the balls of your feet can press into the bed.
At takeoff, press straight down through both feet and rise up while unwinding that stored twist by pulling your trailing shoulder back toward your spine.
Turn from the shoulder and torso, not by swinging the arms. All of your spinning momentum is set the instant you leave the bed — you can't add more in the air.
As you rotate toward your back, you lose sight of where you're going for a moment.
Tuck your chin and send your eyes ahead into the direction of the spin, hunting for the landing spot a half-turn away. Lead with the eyes and the body follows.
Keep your arms and legs gathered close to your body to stay compact, which lets you spin faster on the same momentum.
Once you've turned a half-rotation and face backward, bend both knees softly to absorb the landing and come straight down.
Alternate one FS180 and one BS180 each rep so your body learns to start the spin in either direction.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logThe turning force comes from pulling your trailing shoulder back toward your spine. Swinging the arms out wastes the force away from your center, so the arms lead but the torso doesn't turn. Pull the shoulder and the whole torso comes with it on a small, reliable input.
Head turns but body doesn't → caused by leading with only the head and eyes without pulling the trailing shoulder. The head is light, so the body won't follow it alone. After leading with chin and eyes, pull the trailing shoulder back to your spine and turn the whole torso.
