Trampoline Cork.
トランポリンコーク
トランポリンで斜め軸回転。コーク系の基礎
How to
Step by stepOn the trampoline, get both your frontside 360 (a flat, full rotation on an upright axis) and your backflip (one full backward vertical rotation) consistent enough that you land each at the same height and the same spot every time.
A corkscrew blends these two, so neither one can be shaky first. Always have a coach spotting you.
Bounce straight up a few times to build height and find the takeoff that sends you highest.
A cork adds vertical rotation, which eats air time, so you need a notch more height than for a plain 360. Trying to rotate while still low drops you onto your head and is dangerous.
As you leave the bed, send both shoulders toward the frontside direction (front-foot side, the way you want to spin) to start the rotation.
Keep your arms in front of your chest as you would for a 360, and let the turn of your shoulders begin the spin.
At the same moment, tuck your chin slightly and tilt your head toward your frontside shoulder.
Keep your head straight up and you stay flat in a 360; tilt your head down to the side and the plane of your spin lies over at an angle, mixing vertical rotation into the flat one. This head tilt is what creates the off-axis feel of a cork. Start with a small tilt and deepen it gradually under your coach's eye.
Once the axis is tilted, pull both knees toward your chest and wrap your arms in close to make yourself compact.
The smaller you make yourself, the faster you spin for the same effort, buying room to finish the rotation. Keep your eyes tracking the trampoline bed as it sweeps past at an angle, and don't lose sight of it.
When the bed comes into view and you have enough rotation, open your tucked knees and arms to lift your torso and brake the spin.
Bring both feet back under you and land toes-first on the bed. Open too early and you come up short; open too late and you over-rotate, so use the instant the bed appears directly below you as your cue.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logAt first, rather than leaning toward a backflip, add just a little head tilt to your usual 360. The flat spin underneath keeps your axis from going wild and lets you face forward on landing, so recovery is easier.
It comes out as a plain 360 → your head stays straight up and the spin plane never lies over. Tuck your chin and tilt your head toward your frontside shoulder to angle the plane.
