Trampoline Backflip.
トランポリンバックフリップ
トランポリンでバックフリップ。縦回転の恐怖心を克服
How to
Step by stepOnly try this once you can do five straight vertical jumps landing on the same spot.
You need a tall, straight pop before adding rotation.
Just before takeoff, bend both knees slightly and sink into the trampoline with the whole sole, mainly the balls of your feet.
The depth you sink gives you the rebound height and the airtime to rotate.
On the rebound, extend your knees and hips to drive straight up while swinging both arms from low-front up over your head.
That upward arm swing is what starts your body rotating backward.
At the top of the extension, lift your chin, send your head backward, and open your chest toward the ceiling.
Roll back from the head, not by arching at the lower back. Jump straight up and spin in place rather than jumping backward.
As your body starts to tip back, immediately pull both knees to your chest and grab just below the knees to make yourself small.
The tighter you pull arms and legs in, the faster you spin on the same momentum, so you make it all the way around.
As you rotate, the ceiling, then the wall, then the floor come into view.
When you see the floor, release your knees and extend both legs downward and apart. Extending your legs slows the spin so you can stop upright.
Land on the balls of your feet first and bend your knees to absorb the impact.
Always do this with an instructor spotting you.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logYour spin is set almost entirely at takeoff and cannot be added in the air. So focus on swinging the arms up and sending the head back at takeoff, not on trying to crank the rotation mid-air.
Not rotating enough and stalling halfway → a weak arm swing and head drive at takeoff, so the initial spin never built. Before tucking, prioritize swinging the arms fully overhead during the extension.
