トランポリン基本ジャンプ
トランポリンでの基本ジャンプ。空中姿勢の感覚を掴む
How to
Step by stepStand on the center of the trampoline, on the logo or color-change target point.
Feet shoulder-width, toes pointing straight ahead. Off-center, the bed sinks at an angle and pushes you sideways, so set your standing spot first
Fix your eyes forward and slightly up, on a point about two to three meters ahead at head height.
Looking down drops your head, rounds your back, and tips you forward
As the bed sinks, bend your knees lightly (about 30 degrees).
Don't squat deep. Press the whole sole into the bed, and at the moment it sinks the most, push back firmly through the balls of your feet (base of the big toe)
Let the rebound lift you naturally.
Keep your arms relaxed at your sides, and pull them slightly upward as you rise to stretch your body tall and steady
In the air, hold light tension in your stomach and keep your shoulders, hips, and ankles in one line.
Don't fling your arms and legs out. Keeping them within your body's width holds your posture together
As you drop, spot your landing point with your eyes and come down on the same center spot with the whole sole.
The instant you touch, bend your knees to sink and absorb the impact, then flow straight into the next push
Once you can bounce ten in a row at the same spot, same height, same rhythm, move on to posture drills (tall stretch, then tuck)
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logPress exactly when the bed has sunk the most, so the trampoline's return and your own push stack together and lift you high with little effort. Pushing too early fights the rebound and kills your height
You drift forward or sideways over time → you're pushing off-center, and the tilted bed shoots you toward the low side → check your center target with your eyes before you push, and press straight down through the whole sole
