  1. Secure enough speed, enter lip straight

  2. Big BS wind-up (bigger than FS360)

  3. At takeoff, lead shoulders hard, release FS rotation

  4. Immediately pull arms to chest, tuck knees, stay compact

  5. Pass 360° in air, complete additional 180°. Spot landing ~450°

  6. Switch landing (540° = 1.5 rotations)
