  1. Pop kicker like straight jump

  2. Pull knees to chest in air, bring skis under body

  3. Grab binding area (near boot) with one hand (usually dominant)

  4. Hold grab 1-2 seconds

  5. Release before landing, extend legs for landing prep

  6. Land along landing slope, knees absorb
