Ski Mute Grab.

クロスハンドでスキーのトップを掴む
How to
Step by stepOn the approach, keep your eyes past the lip and weight both feet evenly so the board stays flat as you build speed.
Slowing or hard edging right before the lip kills your pop, so come in straight.
Just before the lip, from a slightly loaded stance (knees bent to about 120 degrees), extend your legs over the lip to unweight.
Keep pushing through both feet until the tail leaves the lip, so the whole board lifts straight up. Don't add any spin.
Off the lip, keep your left hand (lead hand for a regular rider) reaching slightly, and pull both knees up toward your chest.
Drawing the knees up brings the board to your hand instead of you reaching down to it.
Grab the toe edge with your left hand at a point between your front foot and the nose.
Wrap your fingers under the toe edge and cap it with your palm for a solid hold. Unlike an indy (rear hand near the tail), mute reaches toward the front of the board.
Lean your upper body toward the board about 10 to 15 degrees, pivoting from the hips.
Keep your head at the height it left the lip, and open your right (rear) hand to the opposite side to stay balanced.
Hold the grab for a beat at the peak.
As the landing comes into view, release, drop the knees, and land on both feet with the board flat, bending the knees back to about 120 degrees to absorb the impact.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logPull the board up to your hand rather than reaching down for it. Reaching drops your shoulder and pitches your upper body forward, which throws off your spin and landing.
Whole upper body tips toe-side and the head drops forward → folding at the waist to get the hand closer → pivot only the upper body from the hips and keep your head at lift-off height.
