  1. Mount the box in board slide or lip slide

  2. Once stable, twist upper body opposite to the mounting rotation for wind-up

  3. At box end, pop and rotate board opposite to the mount (e.g. FS mount → BS exit)

  4. Complete rotation, land

  5. Deep knee bend to absorb
