Nose Press (Box).
ノーズプレス(ボックス上)
ボックス上でノーズ側に荷重しテールを浮かせる
How to
Step by stepScrub your speed first and approach the box straight on, slow enough that you stay in control but won't stall.
Get on in a 50-50 (board flat and parallel to the box). Look ahead to the end of the box, not down at the lip you're stepping onto.
Once the board settles on the box, bend your front knee deeply to about 40-50 degrees and press your weight onto the ball of your front foot.
At the same time, relax the back leg and lightly lift the back foot, keeping the back knee bent only 20-30 degrees. This stacks your weight over the front foot and lets the tail go light.
As the tail starts to lift, lock in that forward lean and keep your hips parallel to the long edge of the box as you slide.
If your hips twist, the board points off-line and slips sideways off the box. Lean your upper body slightly forward, keep your shoulders level with the ground, and open your arms out to soak up small wobbles.
As the end of the box comes up, shift your eyes to the snow past the exit, ease off the front-foot pressure, and bring weight back onto the back foot to return the board to a flat 50-50.
With the tail down and the board flat, ride straight off, keeping the board parallel to the box.
Don't tilt onto an edge on the way off, or you'll catch and get bucked.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logBuild up the pressure gradually. The box has far less friction than snow, so a tiny weight shift moves the board a lot; press it like flatground and you'll dive straight over the nose.
Pitching forward over the nose → too much front-foot pressure too fast. On a low-friction box a small load is plenty, so add pressure slowly and watch how high the tail comes before adding more.
