01How toStep by step
Build steady speed on a gentle-to-medium slope
Shift weight to the tail side, centered on the heel-to-ball line of your back foot
Pull your pelvis toward the tail, riding back from the hips
As the nose lifts, lock the position with knees slightly bent
Spread your arms for balance, aim to hold 5 seconds or more
To release, slowly return your center of gravity to center
