01How toStep by step
  1. Build steady speed on a gentle-to-medium slope

  2. Gradually shift weight to the nose side, centered on the ball of your front foot

  3. Push your pelvis toward the nose, riding forward from the hips

  4. As the tail lifts, lock the position with knees slightly bent

  5. Spread your arms as balancers, aim to hold 5 seconds or more

  6. To release, slowly bring your center of gravity back to center — don't drop suddenly
