01How toStep by step

  1. [Mandatory] Helmet, back protector. Master at airbag before kicker

  2. Prerequisites: stable backflip, stable BS360

  3. BS Rodeo = BS backflip with added spin. Backward rotation + BS 540°

  4. Approach same as BS360. Stable speed

  5. At lip, BS pre-rotation while head and shoulders go backward (heel-side back) to start backflip

  6. Combined backward + BS spin rotation. Pull knees to tuck

  7. BS Rodeo has long blind zone. Use body sense to grasp rotation amount, complete 540°

  8. Spot landing, release tuck, land in switch
