01How toStep by step

  1. Secure enough speed (medium-to-steep slope)

  2. From deep load, explosive pre-rotation of upper body

  3. Pop the nose at max power, swinging arms around the body in the rotation direction

  4. Take extremely compact posture in the air to minimize moment of inertia

  5. Complete 2 rotations (720°)

  6. Just before landing, open the body to stop rotation, land in normal stance
