  2. Maximum wind-up + explosive shoulder lead to FS

  3. Tight tuck at peak compactness for 3 rotations

  4. Spot at each 180° (6 checkpoints)

  5. Open body before landing to control

  6. Land in regular (3 rotations = back to regular)
