Kicker FS 1080.
キッカーFS1080
キッカーでフロントサイドに3回転
How to
Step by stepApproach the large kicker straight, with plenty of speed.
Three full rotations need real air time, so carry enough speed to spring fully upward off the lip (the takeoff edge). If both speed and height fall short, you will drop before finishing the spin.
About two to three meters before the lip, sink deep into your knees (around 90 to 100 degrees) and pre-wind your upper body against the spin direction — for a frontside spin, a regular rider turns the shoulders and arms slightly toward the toe side.
Keep your lower body pointing down the run and let only the shoulders coil back first.
At the lip, extend both legs explosively straight up and, at the same instant, throw the wound-up shoulders toward the spin direction (frontside opens the chest).
All of your spinning momentum is set in this one instant — you cannot add to it in the air. So time the leg extension and the shoulder throw to fire together. Send your eyes past the leading shoulder, ahead in the direction of the spin.
The moment the board leaves the snow, pull both arms tight to your chest and tuck both knees up toward your chest to make yourself as small as possible.
With the same momentum, the tighter you pull your limbs to your center, the faster you spin. Tuck your chin so your head stays close to your body too.
As you rotate, snap your eyes to the landing slope and the lip every half turn so you always know how far you have come.
You pass the same view three times, so pick the same fixed point to spot each time and you will not get lost.
Just past two and a half rotations (900 degrees), find the landing and open your tucked arms out away from your body.
Spreading your limbs brakes the spin, which sheds momentum over the final half turn and lets you square up to the slope.
Land in the same regular stance you took off in, setting both feet down together flat across the whole board, knees bent, to absorb the impact.
Landing in your original stance is an advantage, but you are still spinning fast, so keep braking with your open arms as you ride it out.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logYour spinning momentum is set the instant you leave the lip and cannot be increased in the air. Whether you complete three rotations comes down to how deeply you coil (the shoulder pre-wind) and how precisely you sync the leg extension with the shoulder throw.
You stall out between two and a half and just short of three rotations → Your tuck has come undone in the air and your arms or knees have drifted from your center, slowing the spin. Hold the arms-to-chest, knees-to-chest tuck without letting it open until you have spotted the landing.
