Indoor Tail Press.

How to
Step by stepStart by riding straight down the gentle indoor slope.
Keep your speed just a touch faster than a brisk walk, fast enough not to stall. Indoor pitches are mellow, so give yourself a longer run-in before you begin.
Bend both knees slightly (a shallow 120-130 degrees) and set a neutral stance with your pelvis centered over the board.
Keep your chest up and your eyes fixed a few meters ahead in the direction of travel.
Shift your weight gradually onto your back foot, rolling from the heel toward the ball of the foot (base of the big toe).
Loading too suddenly makes the tail dig in and kick back, so ease into it.
Slide your pelvis until it sits directly over your back foot.
Once your pelvis is stacked over the back foot, the nose (front) lifts on its own. Don't just pull your hips back, move your whole pelvis over the back foot.
Once the nose is up, hold that back-knee angle to keep the height steady.
Spread your arms lightly to the sides and drop the arm on the high side to stay level. Keep your front foot lightly in contact with the board.
To come out, don't snap off it.
Slide your pelvis back to the center of the board and set the nose down quietly.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logArtificial snow is firmer and reacts faster than natural snow, so load even more gradually than usual. The harder the surface, the more a sudden push bounces straight back at you.
Sitting back onto your tail → your pelvis has traveled past the back foot. Stop it right over the back foot and make fine adjustments with your arms instead of sending it further back.
