  1. Secure enough speed (medium slope or steeper)

  2. From deep load, explosive upper-body pre-rotation to FS at ollie takeoff

  3. Stay as compact as possible in the air for 1.5 rotations

  4. Open the arms just before landing to decelerate

  5. Land in switch stance, absorb with knees
