Carve to Butter 360.
カービング→バター360
カービングからバターに入り1回転
How to
Step by stepOn a gentle-to-medium slope, hold a steady medium speed and carve firmly on either your heel (heel-side) or toe (toe-side) edge, loading the board so it flexes as you enter the second half of the turn.
Look slightly ahead in your direction of travel.
At the exit of the turn, bend your front knee deeply (past roughly 90 degrees) and shift about 70 percent of your weight onto the ball of your front foot, pressing the nose (front) into the snow.
Lightly extend your back leg to lift the tail (back), setting up the nose as your pivot.
Keeping the nose loaded, lead with your hips and chest, turning them toward your rotation first so the board follows.
The lifted tail begins to slide around the pivot, carrying you through the first 180 degrees on the nose.
As the board reaches about 90 to 180 degrees, extend your front leg while deeply bending your back knee, moving about 70 percent of your weight toward the heel of your back foot.
This is the single, clear weight transfer that swaps the pivot from nose to tail.
Pivoting on the tail, let the board catch up to your already-rotated upper body and finish the remaining 180 degrees.
Keep your eyes leading the rotation so your head never lags behind.
Once you complete the full 360, return to even weight on both feet, and the moment you face your direction of travel, re-engage the edge to link back into carving.
Having your center of mass back over the board at the exit keeps the next turn stable.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logYour rotational momentum is created by the upper-body wind-up just before you drop into the nose press. Because you stay on the snow rather than in the air, leading with the hips to pull the board around keeps the spin from stalling.
Stalling at 180 on the nose → The weight transfer to the tail is too late, or you stopped rotating your upper body mid-spin. Start sending weight to the back-foot heel before passing 90 to 180 degrees, and keep your gaze moving ahead.
