Carve to Nose Press.

How to
Step by stepOn a medium slope, carve one turn on either the toe or heel edge and build a steady medium pace, fast enough not to stall.
Keep weight roughly even on both feet (50:50).
At the exit of the turn, the moment the board lines up with your direction of travel, send your hips and belly button smoothly toward the nose.
This loads the front foot and starts to unweight the tail.
Bend the front knee to 80 to 90 degrees and press the nose into the snow through the ball of your front foot.
At the same time release the tension in your back foot's calf and shift weight to about 70:30 (front foot to back foot) so the tail floats free.
Stack your upper body directly over the front foot and keep your eyes a little ahead in your direction of travel, not on the nose.
Using the knee as a cushion, hold the nose-riding position for 1 to 2 seconds as you slide.
Once you decide to end the press, draw your weight back to the rear foot early, return to even, then switch edges and resume carving.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logLoad the nose with your whole pelvis, not just your feet. Pressing only with the ankle leaves your upper body behind and the tail will not lift.
Pitching forward and falling → Only your upper body tips forward while your hips are left behind over the back of the board → Carry your hips and belly button toward the nose and stack your upper body directly over the front foot. Keep your eyes a little ahead in your direction of travel, not on the nose.
