Butter 540.
バター540
バターから1回転半
How to
Step by stepRide down a medium-pitch slope at a slightly higher speed, keeping the board pointed straight down the fall line.
That speed is your run-up for generating pop.
Shift your weight onto the front foot (nose side), bending the front knee about 30 to 40 degrees to load the nose.
Let the back leg extend slightly so the tail lifts and the nose presses into the snow and flexes. Eyes just ahead of the nose.
When the flex is at its deepest, lead with the shoulders in your spin direction first.
Send the front shoulder out ahead in whichever direction you normally spin (frontside or backside), and keep the hips facing forward for a moment so your upper and lower body hold a slight wind-up between them. Frontside and backside lead with the shoulder in different directions, so go with the way you usually spin.
Release the stored flex all at once by extending the front knee and ankle.
As the board snaps back off the snow, let your hips follow the shoulders you already turned. Keep your hands close to your body rather than thrown wide.
The instant you leave the snow, pull both arms to your chest and tuck the back leg in to make your body compact.
The tighter you pull your limbs in, the faster you spin on the same momentum you got at takeoff. Send your eyes early in the spin direction and find the landing.
Once you have come around 1.5 rotations and face the opposite way (switch), open your tucked arms and legs to stop the spin, land with weight nearly even (slightly toward the front foot) and knees bent to meet the snow.
Absorb the impact with the knees and ride it out switch.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logHave a stable butter 360 (frontside or backside) first. A 540 is not just half a turn more on the same move; it leans harder on the board's snap-back to earn the extra rotation.
You stall at one full turn (360) and don't reach switch → the flex release and shoulder lead are out of sync, so the snap doesn't feed the spin → lead with the shoulders in step 3 and turn the hips right as the board kicks back in step 4, then tuck in midair to speed up the rotation.
