Late.

1. Set up your base spin (e.g.

   a frontside 360) but pop with slightly less rotation than usual. Ride up onto your heel edge under both feet and push off with your weight slightly toward the back foot to get height, while winding your upper body only about 70-80%. The reason: if you spin full power off the lip, you finish the rotation before landing and leave no room to add anything on.

2. Right after takeoff, hold both arms open at shoulder height and deliberately keep your shoulders and hips facing the same direction so the spin stays slow.

   Spreading your arms and legs out makes you turn slower, which buys you the time you need. Keep your eyes on the slope ahead.

3. Once you've turned about 270 degrees (just short of the final 90), spot your landing over your shoulder.

   Up to here you wait, no added motion yet.

4. With only a moment left before landing, snap both open arms in tight to your chest and at the same time drive your leading shoulder in the direction you want to keep spinning.

   Pulling your arms in speeds the rotation up sharply on the same momentum, and that's where you reel in the last 90 degrees.

5. As the 90 finishes, open your arms slightly again to stop the spin and land on both feet at once.

   Ride about 70% on the front foot, 30% on the back, weighted toward the balls of your feet, and bend your knees to sink and absorb the impact. Look toward your next line.
