01How toStep by step

  1. Approach with enough speed, enter lip straight and stable

  2. Wind up upper body deeply to FS (maximum wind-up)

  3. Explosive pop at lip, pull rear shoulder hard, release BS rotation

  4. Stay tight immediately after takeoff, minimize moment of inertia

  5. Push through 2 blind zones (180-360° and 540-720°)

  6. Spot landing at ~630°, open arms to control rotation

  7. Land in regular
