  1. Start practicing from stable straight jumps

  2. Solid pop at lip for enough height

  3. Pull both knees to chest, lower rear hand (right for regular)

  4. Grab toe-side edge near rear foot. Between bindings is best

  5. Hold, release, land back-first on airbag
