  1. Prerequisite: stable FS540. Max speed approach

  2. Explosive pop at lip. Maximize upper-body pre-rotation

  3. Immediately tuck knees, minimize moment of inertia, accelerate

  4. Past 540°, confirm landing direction (forward facing)

  5. Extend knees to decelerate, land on airbag. 2 rotations back to original direction
