Ski BS 360.
BS360
バックサイドに1回転
How to
Step by stepOn a medium slope, build a moderate, slightly faster speed so you can finish the full rotation without stalling.
Too slow and the board tends to catch on the snow mid-spin.
Approach with weight even over both feet and a relaxed upper body.
Keep your shoulder line parallel to your direction of travel for now do not start turning yet. Look slightly ahead down your line.
Just before you pop, sink by bending both knees deeply (about 90 to 100 degrees) and pre-wind your upper body the opposite way, loading your shoulders a few dozen degrees toward the FS (toe) side while keeping your hips stacked over the board.
This counter-twist gives you the momentum that snaps back into the BS direction at takeoff.
At the moment you ollie, press down through your back foot to release off the tail, and start turning your loaded shoulders, chest, and hips together toward the BS (back) side as one unit.
Keep your arms open to start with rotational momentum.
Once airborne, quickly pull your open arms and both knees in toward your center to make yourself compact.
The closer your limbs are to your body, the faster you spin on the same momentum you left the lip with.
Through the blind window from about 90 to 180 degrees where your back faces downhill, never stop your head or eyes keep sending your face ahead in the spin direction.
If your face stops, your body stops too.
Near 270 degrees, open your arms slightly and spot the landing with your eyes.
Opening the arms slows the spin and lets you fine-tune your alignment.
Square the board to your direction of travel, bend both knees to set the base flat on the snow, and land with weight even over both feet.
Do not stand up early stay low and absorb the impact through your knees.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logThe prerequisite is being able to finish a BS180 confidently. Build the feel of sending a half-rotation onto your blind side before you move up to a full spin.
The spin stalls through the blind 90 to 180 degree window → your face and eyes stayed on the takeoff side, so your neck became a brake → start sending your chin into the spin before takeoff and keep your face turning ahead of your shoulders.
