Ski Airmat 360.

How to
Step by stepYou should be able to land 180 consistently first.
Approach a bit faster than for 180, holding a steady medium speed toward the lip (takeoff). Use a gentle takeoff or an airbag kicker.
During the run-in keep both skis parallel and weight them evenly.
Keep your hips squared to your direction of travel, and pre-wind your eyes and upper body (chest and belly button) just slightly against the spin. This wind-up gives you something to unwind on takeoff.
At the top of the lip, push down into the snow through the balls of both feet and extend straight up.
At the same moment, throw your pre-wound chest and arms toward the spin direction so the upper body leads. The amount of spin is set in this instant of takeoff and cannot be added in the air, so time the arm swing to match your straight-up extension.
Once you leave the snow, bend your knees and pull both skis toward your butt while tucking your arms in close.
The tighter you pull everything into your body, the faster you rotate for the same amount of spin. Keep sending your eyes ahead of the rotation (shoulder, then front) so your head keeps leading.
Past 180 degrees, spot the landing with your eyes.
Around 270 degrees the airbag comes into view. Easing the knee tuck slightly just before you finish settles the rotation nicely.
At 360 you face forward again.
Keep both skis parallel and land on the airbag with knees and ankles flexed. Landing on your back or seat is fine, but ideally touch down on both feet and absorb the impact with your legs.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logA small wind-up against the spin during the run-in adds rotation as you unwind off the takeoff. Don't over-wind, or your hips lead and your axis tilts; turn the chest only about 15 to 30 degrees.
Stalling at 270 degrees, short of full rotation → weak upper-body lead off the takeoff. Build a wind-up before the lip, throw your chest and arms hard at takeoff, and send your eyes ahead of the spin to the very end.
