ウォータージャンプでフロントフリップ
How to
Step by stepLand a full front flip on an airbag (a soft landing trainer) before taking it to water.
The landing is hard to see in a forward flip, so you want the air sense already in your body first.
Build speed on the brush (the artificial-turf in-run).
You need enough drive to rotate all the way around, so carry a steady medium speed and reach the lip (the take-off edge) without slowing down. Keep both knees slightly bent, your upper body leaning slightly forward, and your eyes on the far side of the lip.
As you ride over the lip, push down through both feet and extend straight up first.
Do not dive forward yet—go up first. That upward height is what buys you the time to come all the way around.
Right after take-off, tuck your chin toward your chest and send your head and shoulders down and forward.
Folding your upper body forward is what starts the forward rotation. At the same time, shift your eyes from your feet toward the water ahead.
Once you are rotating, pull both knees to your chest and wrap your hands around your knees or shins to make yourself small.
The tighter you ball up, the faster you spin for the same amount of drive, so commit to it here and whip the rotation around.
When the water comes into view ahead, release your arms and legs and open up.
Opening stops the rotation, so time it to land feet-first. Keep your knees softly bent and meet the water with the soles of your feet. The one rule you never break: do not enter head-first.
Tips & common mistakes
In the app — learn while you logTake off in the order "rise up, then send the head forward," not "jump forward." Getting height first creates time to rotate; folding forward from the start gives you a low arc and you fall short.
Low arc, diving forward, falling short → You folded your head forward before extending up off the take-off. Push through both feet and rise straight up at the lip first, then send the head forward near the peak.
